Installation and Wiring Precautions

Precaution
Use an elastic soft coupling between the encoder shaft and the user output shaft to prevent damage to the encoder shaft system due to misalignment and run-out.
Ensure the allowable axial load is observed during installation.
The axial deviation between the encoder shaft and the user output shaft should not exceed 0.20 mm, and the deviation angle must be no more than 1.5°.
Avoid collisions, impacts, or drops during installation.
Do not reverse the connection of the power line and ground wire.
The ground wire should be as thick as possible, generally recommended to be larger than φ3.
Ensure that encoder output wires do not overlap with each other to avoid damaging the output circuit.
Do not directly connect the signal lines to DC or AC power supplies to prevent damage to the output circuit.
All motors and other equipment connected to the encoder must be properly grounded to prevent static interference.
Use shielded cables for wiring.
Verify that all wiring is correct before starting the equipment.
For long-distance transmission, consider signal attenuation and choose an output mode with low output impedance and strong anti-interference capability.
